The room was adequately clean upon our arrival.

We faced significant delays during check-in due to understaffing. This was particularly frustrating as there was only one person managing the front desk, leading to long waiting times. the staff seemed overwhelmed and unhelpful, rolling their eyes instead of providing useful information about local New Year's events.
